BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: Part of an unplatted tract, being part of the property described in deed book 4286, page 871, ROHC. Said part of tract begins on the southwest line of Igou Gap Road 327 feet northwest of the intersection of the southwest line of Igou Gap Road with the northwest line of Jenkins Road, said point being the northwest corner of future lot 6, Laurel Point Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in plat book 50, page 309, ROHC, thence southwest 100 feet with the northwest line of said future lot to a corner of lot 5, said subdivision, thence continuing southwest 276.81 feet with the northwest line of lot 5 to the southwest corner thereof, thence northwest 405.13 feet to the centerline of Mackey Branch, thence northeast some 442.56 feet with Mackey Branch to the southwest line of Igou Gap Road, thence southeast 226.17 feet with Igou Gap Road to the point of beginning.
